We  produce the iMotion CNC workstation controller. It is a PC based motion control solution that makes use of the inexpensive hardware available today. This results in a very cost effective controller that has built in power that is unrivalled.

It can be used as a retrofit solution or on new machinery. The interface is hardware independant to allow machine builders to choose the hardware platform of their choice. We use the Delta Tau Pmac motion processor as our default choice but other popular platforms are makes such as Baldor and Trio Motion.

The interface can be touch-screen driven and can be written to suit customer requirements. Our controls are graphical and benefit from a very advanced graphics engine that is fast enough to be able to display live machine actions. You can see the machines progress, restart from any position within a job and even watch detailed cutting progress using watch windows.

Out of the box CNC controls do not give you this many features. Combine the mass storage benefits of a PC and you have an exceptional control system.
