CNC machinery will often mechanically outlast the control electronics. This is normally due to the withdrawal of support by the manufacturer but it can also be down to reliability of the boards. Old controls usually have 10 or more boards that can all stop the machine from working if any one of them fails.

We  produce the iMotion CNC workstation controller. It is a PC based retrofit solution that makes use of the inexpensive hardware available today. This results in a very cost effective controller that has built in power that is unrivalled. It is a single board solution. We usually replace about 10 or more old boards with one new one.

Your machine will be faster and of course more reliable. The control system we use is also hardware independant so hardware can be updated in the future. It will extend the life of your machine and it will also improve the overall operability.

We can retrofit any machine type and have many G/M code translators which means that you do not need to reprogram all of your work. We support Fanuc, General Electric, Fagor, NUM, Westinghouse and can custom write any other control language.

A Pierce-All Pulsa machine. Mechanically outlasts the old Westinghouse control which is unreliable due to its age. New boards cannot be purchased only repaired. Retrofit time is only 2 days from start to finish. Performance is increased by over 20%. New features are added, such as bidirectional turret and graphical restart. Easier to use for the operator due to the control being custom written for purpose unlike general CNC controls.
